I'm not that good at critiques, but I'll give this a shot. Sorry for english; I'd do this in german if I could, but I don't know enough to talk in it fluently ;o;

First of all, the good stuff. I love how you did the anatomy, I can never get face anatomy right. I like the little details in the lineart you put everywhere. I like the embers, they're beautiful.

Next... the bad stuff. This is the stuff you could improve on.
The shading is pretty messy and undetailed. You could keep this fur texture technique, but be a little more careful and maybe define a light source. And it looks like you shade in black; don't do that. You should take a color from the background (like the red in between the fire and the darkness, if you know what i mean) and shade in that color on a multiply layer. It makes all the difference. Also, try to shade the smaller bits, like the teeth and the nose. It adds more depth.
Also, try to make the lineart a little neater and use a smaller brush or do it lightly. (As in, don't press your pen too hard against the tablet.) Too much pressure difference looks unprofessional.

Hope I didn't sound too mean ackkk ;o; but hope i helped a little?
